Poetic Temple

 

This E.P is an introspective introduction into the dimension of creation in my creative world, Welcome.

 

The Poetic Temple E.P. is the Genesis to a concept based project created by I - Nat Nye (the glory of 3rd person, every sentence feels a profound statement). This project is a macrocosm of a Nat Nye poem in its multi-dimensional nature. Under the banner of Poetic Temple will be thematic Spoken Word videos, day in the life style documentaries featuring other artists, solo as well as collaborative albums with books, events and workshops.

So what is the Poetic Temple?

 

Poetic Temple is what I imagine the Ancient Mystery Schools in KMT to be like. A place where there is an emphasis of excellence of the Supreme that is in us all.

 

I initially found Spoken Word Poetry as a way to express my views on the world but the more I found myself in it the more it consumed me and I realised what writing and performing poetry meant - the ability to touch and potentially shape the lives of people from family to strangers. How poetry as with other forms of art can reach the subconscious realm it’s a gift not to be played with. Spoken Word can be sourced countless millennia to the beginning of time, the power of 'God said, I look up to see the Sun and Stars, the boundless beauty of creation adorned upon us all and it all looks like poetry.

 

I realised through my mentors on the scene, poetic brothers and sisters the art is not as simple as just writing from the heart or even relying on natural talent, it deserves craft, the kind of dedication that happens in Temples thus the name. Entwined with quest for knowledge, I acknowledge that the poetic path is an infinite one, as a result it is not surprising that this concept will manifest in being an eternal journey.'

 

 

Ultimately I have vast dreams, my desire is to inspire a world to bring heaven to Earth – what better greater ambition?

 

I hope to encourage anyone who comes across my work to be lifted to live out their own dreams. To be Great. To be Legendary.

With messages glittering with literary techniques- one of the most frequent comments from those who’ve seen a Nat Nye performance more than once is that they can hear the same poem several times and still find something new each time.

This work is truly a testament to edutainment. The artist role is to elevate minds.

 

As creators to shape the world billions live in.
